PickaSlot is an online scheduling platform that allows businesses to accept bookings from their clients. References to "we", "us" or "PickaSlot" refer to the operator of this service.
2. Data we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Business owners: name, email address, business name, billing information (processed by Stripe).
- End clients (booking users): name, phone number, email address (optional), appointment details.
- Usage data: browser type, pages visited, timestamps — collected anonymously for analytics.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the PickaSlot service.
- To send booking confirmations and reminders.
- To process payments through Stripe.
- To communicate updates and support information.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Payments
All payments are processed by
Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. PickaSlot never stores your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data:

5. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 30 days after cancellation. Booking data may be retained for up to 12 months for record-keeping purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
