By creating an account or using PickaSlot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
PickaSlot provides an online scheduling platform that allows businesses to create booking pages and manage appointments. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
4. Subscription and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- The Pro plan includes a 30-day free trial. You will be charged after the trial period ends.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
- Prices are listed in EUR and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PickaSlot to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Send spam or unsolicited communications to clients.
- Collect or store data beyond what is necessary for the service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts access with reasonable notice.
7. Data and privacy
Your use of PickaSlot is also governed by our
Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.
8. Limitation of liability
PickaSlot is a scheduling tool only. We are not responsible for missed appointments, service quality, or disputes between businesses and their clients. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for non-payment, with or without prior notice.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
